Sighing, Valter lowered himself from the gravestone he had been sitting on. Graveyards. Mysterious places for many, painful for some. He bit his lip. 'Why me...'In one of his bursts of anger he blasted a gravestone with a blast of magic. 'Am I not allowed to see reason or purpose for my past..?' He wondered, wiping an angry tear from his face. Shaking his head, he walked away slowly from the gravestone he had used as a place of meditation. 'How can a place so full of death be so peaceful?' He wondered, 'I guess death is peaceful in itself, making graveyards that way also...'
Valter sighed and stared up at the moon, wondering, questioning. 'Am I blessed with my power? Is it a curse? Will I ever obtain the privilege of knowing?
Valter's ears perked up as he heard a noise. Assuming it was an animal nearby, he bowed his head, consumed deeply in his thoughts once again.

A black haired man walked through the cemetery slowly. His black and white shoes making no sound as they walked across the peaceful ground. The winds were slow and gentle against his skin. His foggy, crystal white eyes looking around slowly.

Valter's ears perked up yet again as they sensed motion. However, he was focusing on creating a raven from a rock, so he didn't look around. The raven's eyes were small pebbles, but it was an improvement from past attempts. It emitted a small caw, and flew off into the night, into the moon, into which Valter stared at nearly every night.

His eyes were the same color as the moon, yet slightly foggier. They were lifeless and cold with no emotion and no happiness. Then he heard a raven caw and looked around silently, spotting a man.

Valter smiled to himself. He almost missed the raven, it was one of the few things in the world he could identify with. Dark, mysterious, sometimes even judged too quickly by worldly stereotypes. Valter allowed his staff to give off a little bit of light so that he could read the inscriptions on the gravestones. He wondered if anybody he had known had made this place their last resting place. 'I wonder how far away I am from having my name inscribed on one of these...'He wondered to himself as he stifled his light and leaned against a very old tree stump.[/color]

Sarious had heard the mans words. He was worried about death. Poor child had a fear of it while Sarious wished for it. His entire life, he was considered a curse or a pleague among human beings. So he closed himself off to them. His world only circling around what sanity he had left to keep him going. Then his white eyes narrowed at the bright light coming off the man's staff.

Valter heard a noise coming from behind him, almost like a hiss but not really. He saw a man standing behind him, his eyes narrowed at the light coming from his staff. Was that hatred in his eyes? Valter's eyes filled with curiosity he took a step closer to the man. 'A fallen, I presume?"Inquired Valter of the man. Valter's staff shook in his hand as it usually did when Valter's instincts were lit.

Sarious's eyes narrowed when the man began to move towards him. He was just standing there, probably looking like a fool. Then he sighed, knowing this person would want to spark a conversation, like everyone else...except Sarious.

"A fallen, I presume?" Said Valter, voicing his thoughts out loud. He knew the man didn't trust him at the moment, though he figured now that he'd spoken to him, he couldn't take it back. He could try a memory hex if he was really desperate, but right now Valter was only consumed by curiosity. Not many people visited graveyards at night, only those not fearful of them and with something to think about, most likely. Valter only wanted to know the man's name and why he was here. Valter's staff shook in his hand in warning, but he ignored it.

The white orbs move to the staff. This man must be a mage of some sort, or a medium. Someone who can summon up a certain power with the use of an object. He hadn't knew about them but knew some, enough to knew that they could be powerful if they so chose to be. Then the man asked him something. The mirrors moving up to the man's eyes. Yet Sarious's eyes showed no emotion. They were empty, almost depressing. His emotions never showed and he never expressed them openly to other people. "Part Fallen Angel, Part Demon,"He said. His voice deep and had an extreme earthy tone to them.

'Should've figured...'Thought Valter. He looked too powerful to be only a fallen. His eyes looked to be those of a demon. Valter's eyes were the only part of him that were human, they showed some emotion, when he decided to reveal some. However, his eyes... they were cold, like a demon's. "What's your name?" Asked Valter, curious to talk to this man to see if he could identify with him in any way. He seemed the type that had been hurt, or had experienced pain. Who was to know? Maybe this could prove interesting, even enlightening.

Atleast the man was smart about things. He seeemd to be thinking, probably about Sarious. It was is talent. Although people can hid it, Sarious could most of the time see into peoples eyes and tell what they were feeling. This man was thinking about something obviously. "My name is Sarious."

Valter's eyes flashed with a short burst of recognition. Sarious. He'd heard the name before, he just couldn't put his finger on it. But oh well, it was probably part of his past, a part of him that Valter was more than willing to forget. At times, however, his past brought him pride as he practiced his dark magic, but those times were rare, few and far between. Sarious seemed to be concealing something about himself, though, which made Valter more curious. "So, what brought you here of all places?" Inquired Valter.

The question puzzled him. Why was he there? He didn't know. "I'm not sure." His white eyes showing, still, no emotion.

Sarious's eyes showed no emotion. Valter couldn't determine anything from what was said to reflect the soul. Maybe Valter wasn't meant to be the one to pry into Sarious's past. His curious nature, however, would drive him to continue in his efforts. And so he did. "I guess like many others, the cemetery's a good place to think, to recollect, to... remember," Said Valter, hoping for a reaction from his last word.
